We encourage residents and their families to tell us if they have a complaint, as a problem can often be resolved with a chat. Jackie Hobman and Nicola Collins are available at all times to listen to any grievance.

Of course, not all concerns are easy to deal with. If residents want to take an issue further there is a formal complaints procedure described in our terms and conditions of residence. In such circumstances we will be happy to help draw up a complaint through the correct channels.
